TASTY POTATO PARATHA
Ingredients
medium sized potatoes 3
spring onion leaves 1 cup
dhania powder 2 tsp
amchur powder 1 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
Cook and peel potatoes. once cooled mix all the ingredients and keep aside. Make chappati dough. Roll chappattis into small rounds. stuff the potato mix inside and roll the same into parathas. cook parathas on thava. send the same to school in lunch box. tastes best with mint chutney, imli chutney, sauce or any dip. Very sumptuous...........
